Buffalo Chicken Dip
Original recipe
Ingredients
- 2-3 cups cooked chicken breast chopped or shredded, or 1 rotisserie chicken shredded
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 6 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 cup monterey jack cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce Frank’s buffalo sauce or Primal kitchen
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Add all ingredients except for 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese to a large baking dish and combine well.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until cheese is melted and dip is bubbling.
- Optional: Sprinkle with sliced green onions and more buffalo sauce to taste.
